No, once you place an order it is final. If a change is necessary, the entire order will need to be cancelled/refunded by our customer service team and re-submitted with the correct items! Please email us at info@theheartofdavid.co if you need to cancel an order.

How are items measured? How are items measured?

All measurements are listed in inches and are measured with the item lying flat. Each item has different measurements as we use different vendors for certain items, PLEASE REFER TO THE SPECIFIC ITEMS SIZING GUIDE FOR CORRECT SIZING FOR THAT ITEM.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package.

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS. All international packages are shipped via UPS. We do not offer any shipping services outside of these.

When will my package arrive? When will my package arrive?

All domestic packages ship via USPS, and international orders ship via UPS. The processing time for orders is 5 business days, this can be extended during holidays or product release dates. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-9 days, and 30 or so business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited-edition launches, this time may vary. If purchasing a preorder item, the shipping date will be specified in the product description. Thank you for your patience. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
